Since 13. In Austria, when distributing unpackaged food to consumers, it must be informed whether the food contains substances that can cause allergies.

A Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or hybrid strains thereof)
B Crustaceans
C Eggs
D Fish
E Peanuts
F Soja
G Milk (milk of mammals such as cow, sheep, goat, horse and donkey and products thereof (including lactose))
H Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts)
L Celery
M Mustard
N Sesam
O Sulphur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations exceeding 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l as total sulphur dioxide present
P Lupine
